Declaration

I, (the ‘client’) hereby declare that the information given in the form is valid, accurate and comprehensive in every respect. The client hereby agrees to engage with the beneficial service that Rishta Doctor (‘RD’) has to offer. The term of this agreement (the ‘Term’) will begin on the date of this Agreement. The client must cooperate with RD in all matters you hereby declare that you will expeditiously notify RD of any adjustments in the data given above. You agree to do everything necessary to ensure that RD is informed as soon as marriage takes place. In case of an inability to organize such marriage RD will not be considered liable. RD will charge the client a flat fee of £50.00 for the service (the ‘Payment’). The payment is an administration fee which is non-refundable. The payment is payable within 7 days of this agreement. RD is a non-profitable organization. This agreement contains sensitive information (the ‘information’) and I hereby give RD the consent to use the data give by me as indicated by the necessities of the service.
